droppers Platform Terms

1. Platform role

droppers provides technical tools for sellers to create product pages and accept online payments.

droppers is not the seller of listed products and is not merchant of record for seller transactions unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific transaction.

2. Seller responsibility

Each seller is solely responsible for product legality, tax handling, consumer-law disclosures, shipping performance, returns, refunds, warranty obligations, and regulatory compliance in the jurisdictions where the seller offers products.

Sellers must provide accurate identity and contact details and keep listing information and terms up to date.

3. Buyer relationship

Buyers purchase directly from the seller shown on the product page. Product-specific terms, delivery promises, and return/refund terms are set by that seller.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Seller payout eligibility is subject to Stripe onboarding and account status requirements.

5. Platform enforcement

droppers may remove listings, suspend access, or block accounts for abuse, fraud risk, or legal compliance reasons.
