1. Controller and contact

droppers is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with platform accounts, listings, orders, and support operations.

2. Data we process

We process account data (email, profile fields), seller listing data, buyer order and shipping details, and technical event data (request identifiers, event logs).

Payment card data is processed by Stripe and is not stored by droppers.

3. Purposes

We process data to operate the service, authenticate users, process orders, send confirmations, prevent abuse, handle support, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data sharing

Data may be shared with processors and infrastructure providers strictly as needed to deliver the service (for example payment processing, hosting, and transactional email delivery).

5. Retention

Order-related personal data is retained for up to 5 years for accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized where feasible.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or export of your personal data by contacting mail@droppers.link.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

droppers currently uses only cookies and storage mechanisms necessary for authentication and core platform functionality.
